Pastor Kevin Adams of Olivet Baptist Church, talked with some gang members and asked why they joined. They talked about having no place to go when community centers and after-school programs disappeared. He says he heard of the opportunity to be involved Chattanooga 2.0 and couldn’t stand idly by.
