Welcome Our New Team Member, Rachel Kramer!

Chattanooga 2.0 is excited to announce Rachel Kramer is joining our team as Director of Data Strategy and Impact. Rachel brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in both education, data strategy, and program evaluation. Rachel began her career as a systems analyst before pivoting to the education sector with the goal of using data and evaluation to improve equitable access to education for all students.

Rachel will oversee and implement efforts to create a comprehensive data strategy for Chattanooga 2.0’s focus areas: kindergarten readiness, K-12 math and literacy success, college and career ready graduates, postsecondary attainment, and thriving wage jobs for young adults. With Rachel’s expertise, Chattanooga 2.0 will use data to identify pressing challenges, promote equity, and track and communicate progress.

Rachel earned her master’s degree in education policy from Vanderbilt University and her undergraduate degree in applied mathematics from Tufts University. Prior to joining the Chattanooga 2.0 team, Rachel taught 6th grade and worked for the Tennessee State Collaborative on Reforming Education (SCORE).

“We are thrilled to have Rachel join our team. Reflecting our data-driven approach, she will help design and develop strategy to support Chattanooga 2.0, our partners, and our broader community to understand and act on the imperative to act boldly, strategically, and collaboratively to improve outcomes for our children, youth, and community,” said Dr. Keri Randolph, Executive Director of Chattanooga 2.0.
