#GivingTuesday: It’s Time to GIVE!

We’ve been posting about it for weeks and the day is finally here. On Tuesday, charities, families, businesses, community centers, and students around the world will come together for one common purpose: to celebrate generosity and to give.

Few places embrace the spirit of giving like Hamilton County. In fact, last year Chattanooga was ranked among the top 15 most generous cities in America on Giving Tuesday, with nearly $500,000 raised for Chattanooga’s nonprofit community in one day.

This year, CHAgives is hoping to raise $750,000 for 200 participating nonprofits from your individual contributions and supporting efforts from 400 community partners. The day is designed around small acts of kindness and no gift is too small to make a big impact.

Let us know how you’re giving on Tuesday by tagging us on Facebook and Twitter and using the hashtags #GivingTuesday and #CHAgives.

Here are just a few of the Chattanooga 2.0 coalition members and supporters who are asking for your support this Giving Tuesday. Let us know how you’re giving on Tuesday by tagging us on Facebook and Twitter and using the hashtags #GivingTuesday and #CHAgives.
