As part of the efforts of Chattanooga 2.0, the Chattanooga Interfaith Council (CIC) is proud to host an education summit focused on the faith based community’s work supporting schools and families.
The summit will feature two expert panels that will identify the challenges we face in supporting ALL children in accessing better outcomes, what supports are working that should be replicated, and bold ideas that could radically improve the trajectory of some of our most at risk students. In addition, a keynote speaker will discuss the impact a coalition of faith based leaders and organizations can have on education outcomes in a community.
This is a free event open to the public – child care is provided, as well as a ‘sack lunch’ meal.
The event will also feature the launch of a new tool to further connect the community to help ALL students be successful – Purposity.
